On February 10th 2020, Tsaneta from Chr. Hansen visited SDU for a demonstration in the laboratory.
The master students in ProBioFa, Rose and Julie, had set up a demo experiment for recovery of anthocyanins and sample analysis.
We discussed the different methodologies in order to assess the best match between laboratory scale data acquisition and industrial application of the extracts.
